St. Patrick’s day is just around the corner. Time to plan for a few drink specialties that will keep Irish eyes a smilin’ that day. Whether you want to serve a true traditional Irish drink specialty or something fun and green, make it taste great and make it truly eye appealing. The following St. Patrick’s Day drink recipes get the job done.

Irish Coffee
Irish coffee glass, heated
Build in glass
1 ½ oz. Irish Whiskey
½ oz. simple syrup
Near fill with hot coffee
Top with frothed milk

Irish Coffee Royale (1)
Irish coffee glass, heated
Build in glass
1 oz. Irish Whiskey
1 oz. Kahlúa
½ oz. simple syrup
Near fill with hot coffee
Whipped cream garnish

Irish Coffee Royale (2)
Coffee mug, heated
Build in glass
1 ½ oz. Irish Whiskey
¾ oz. Baileys Irish Cream
¾ oz. Irish Mist
Near fill with hot coffee
Top with frothed milk
Dust with cocoa powder

Irish Tea
Coffee mug, heated
Build in glass
1 oz. Irish Mist
½ oz. Irish Whiskey
Fill with hot tea
Lemon wedge garnish

Shamrock Manhattan
Cocktail glass, chilled
Pour into an iced mixing glass
2 ½ oz. Bourbon
¾ oz. Sweet Vermouth
¾ oz. Green Crème de Menthe
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir and strain
Lemon twist garnish

Lucky Green Piña Colada
House specialty glass, chilled
Pour into an iced blender canister
1 ½ oz. Citrus Rum
1 ½ oz. Midori
¾ oz. half & half
2 oz. coconut cream syrup
3 oz. pineapple juice
Blend thoroughly
Pineapple wedge garnish

Blarney Stone
Green apple sugar rimmed cocktail glass, chilled
Pour into an iced mixing glass
1 ½ oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
¾ oz. DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker
2 oz. cranberry juice
Shake and strain
Lemon twist garnish

Patty O'Grasshopper
Cocktail glass, chilled
Pour into an iced mixing glass
1 oz. White Crème de Cacao
1 oz. Green Crème de Menthe
2 oz. half & half
Shake and strain
Whipped cream garnish
Drizzle ½ oz. Green Crème de Menthe

Green Irish Eyes
Rocks glass, ice
Build in glass
1 ¾ oz. Irish Whiskey
¾ oz. Green Crème de Menthe
¾ oz. half & half
Cherry garnish
