Millers® London Dry Gin
MARTIN MILLERS LONDON DRY
GIN may currently reside in the 21st
century, but its character is something straight out of the 19th.
Millers is crafted at a 150 year old distillery in Englands
oldest operational pot still. Then, prior to bottling, the gin is
taken on a remarkable voyage to Iceland. Its an intriguing
beginning for an equally engaging spirit.
Millers Gin is made in Langley, England
in a copper pot still first put into service in 1903. The master
distiller uses only fresh botanicals and aromatics for distillation.
The botanicals are steeped in neutral grain spirits overnight and
distilled in small batches.
From England the spirit then travels 3,000
miles to the remote Icelandic village of Borganes, the source of
the famed Selyri Spring. The glacier-fed waters are considered among
the purest, softest water on earth and are used to dilute the gin
to 80 proof. The award winning Westbourne Strength is bottled at
90.4 proof.
This super-premium spirit is a veritable
feast for the senses. Millers Gin has a substantial body and
a wafting, fresh bouquet loaded with the aromas of fruit and flora.
It fills the mouth with a rich complex of crisp flavors, the most
prominent of which are spice and zesty citrus. The gin finishes
long and flavorful. Millers Gin has vim and vitality, an ideal
choice for any gin-based assignment.
