Grand
Marnier®
Cuvee de Cent Cinquantenaire
GRAND MARNIER CUVEE DE CENT CINQUANTENAIRE
may very well be the pinnacle of elegance and sophistication. Introduced
in 1977 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Marnier-Lapostolle,
this magnificent liqueur is the companys crowning achievement.
Cuvee de Cent Cinquantenaire is skillfully
crafted at the Marnier-Lapostolle distillery in Neauphle-le-Château.
After the infusion of Haitian orange peels and barrel-aged cognacs
have been redistilled, they are blended with exceptionally old,
Grande Champagne cognacs ranging in age up to 50 years. The liqueur
is then aged in Limousin oak barrels in the Marnier-Lapostolle cognac
cellars.
The Cuvee de Cent Cinquantenaire is a luxurious
liqueur. It has a burnished amber hue and a delicate, silky smooth
body. The bouquet is lavishly endowed with the aromas of well aged
cognac and citrus. It has a sensationally full and rich palate prominently
featuring the flavor of cognac with vibrant orange notes. The finish
is delectably long and warming.
To fully appreciate its grandeur, allow
it to fully breathe in a snifter.
In 1927, the company released GRAND
MARNIER CUVEE DE
CENTENAIRE. This world-class version
of Grand Marnier is made
on a base of cognacs ranging in age up to 25 years. It is
marvelously aromatic and flavorful, a masterfully crafted liqueur
in every respect.
