Cheers Conference 2007: Raising the Bar Award
On January 29th, 2007 Robert Plotkin was awarded the 2007 Raising the Bar award at the Cheers conference in New Orleans. Donna Hood Crecca, Editor of Cheers Magazine, had many good things to say about Robert including that he has an outstanding palate and has extensive operational experience in the beverage industry. She went on to say that he knows how to teach others how to maximize the profitability of products behind the bar, while using his unique sense of humor to raise listener's level of understanding, appreciation and enthusiasm for beverage management.
